### Article I — Name and Affiliation

**Section 1.1 — Name**
The name of this organization shall be **Wizzmo Society at [University Name]** (hereinafter "the Chapter").

**Section 1.2 — Parent Organization**
The Chapter is an official chapter of Wizzmo, Inc., a social platform for college students, headquartered in [City, State]. The Chapter operates under and is subject to the guidelines set forth by Wizzmo, Inc., in addition to all applicable policies of [University Name].

**Section 1.3 — University Affiliation**

### Article II — Mission and Purpose

**Section 2.1 — Mission Statement**
Wizzmo Society exists to make college feel smaller in the best way — creating curated, intentional social experiences that help students build real connections across campus.

**Section 2.2 — Purpose**
The Chapter's purposes are to:

1. Organize and host Wizzmo-branded campus events (dinners, office hours, match reveals, and other social formats) that connect students who would not otherwise meet.
2. Build a community of student leaders — Wizzmos — who take social curation seriously as a campus skill.
3. Partner with [University Name] student government, residence life, and campus organizations to provide programming that complements official university social initiatives.
4. Serve as the official campus presence of the Wizzmo platform, onboarding new users and mentors from [University Name].

### Article III — Membership

**Section 3.1 — Eligibility**
Membership is open to any currently enrolled student at [University Name] in good academic standing. There are no dues.

**Section 3.2 — Active Membership**
An active member is one who:
- Has attended at least one Chapter meeting or event in the current semester, and
- Is enrolled at [University Name].

**Section 3.3 — Non-Discrimination**
The Chapter does not discriminate in membership on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.

**Section 3.4 — Wizzmo Designation**
Members who complete the Wizzmo onboarding process on the platform and are approved by the Chapter President and Wizzmo, Inc. may carry the title of "Wizzmo" and host Chapter events.

### Article IV — Leadership Structure

**Section 4.1 — Officers**
The Chapter shall be led by the following officer positions:

| **Brand Chair** | Manages Chapter social media (@wizzmo[school] on Instagram); coordinates with Wizzmo, Inc. on brand assets and content |

**Section 4.2 — Terms**
Officers serve for one academic year (fall + spring semesters). The founding President serves for the remainder of the academic year in which the Chapter is chartered, plus one full academic year.

**Section 4.3 — Elections**
Officer elections shall be held during the final month of the spring semester for the following academic year. Officers are elected by a simple majority vote of active members present. The founding President is not subject to a first election — their position is confirmed by Wizzmo, Inc. upon chapter approval.

**Section 4.4 — Removal**
An officer may be removed by a two-thirds vote of active members at a duly noticed meeting. The officer in question must be given at least 72 hours written notice and an opportunity to speak before the vote.

### Article V — Meetings

**Section 5.1 — Regular Meetings**
The Chapter shall hold officer meetings **biweekly** (every other week) during the academic year. Meeting time and location shall be announced at least 48 hours in advance.

**Section 5.2 — General Body Meetings**
The Chapter shall hold at least **two general body meetings per semester**, open to all active members.

**Section 5.3 — Quorum**
A quorum for officer meetings is three (3) officers. A quorum for general body votes is 50% of active members.

**Section 5.4 — Monthly Chapter Call**
The President (or designee) shall attend the monthly chapter call with Wizzmo, Inc. to align on upcoming events, platform updates, and grant opportunities.

### Article VI — Events and Programming

**Section 6.1 — Event Calendar**
The Chapter aims to host at least **four events per semester**, including at least one of each: a social dinner, a wizzmo office hours session, and a matchmaking or reveal event.

**Section 6.2 — Approval**
All events must be approved by the Chapter President and comply with [University Name]'s event registration requirements. Events held under the Wizzmo Society banner must also be approved by Wizzmo, Inc. at least one week in advance.

**Section 6.3 — Wizzmo, Inc. Collaboration**
The Chapter has first access to new event formats, merchandise, and grants from Wizzmo, Inc. as part of the chapter network.

### Article VII — Budget and Finance

**Section 7.1 — Funding Sources**
Chapter funding may come from:

- Review and co-sign the annual SGA budget request
